ICC Awards 2011

The International Cricket Council Awards ceremony held at the Grosvenor House Hotel in London, the ICC Awards for the year 2011 on 12th September turned out to be all-England affair. Jonathan Trott was named the ICC Cricketer of the Year as he accepted the award from ICC President Sharad Pawar along with the Sir Garfield Sobers Trophy. England’s opening batsman, Alastair Cook also won the Test Cricketer of the Year award. The LG ICC Awards 2011 is based on the remarkable performances of players and officials for the 12 month period from August 11, 2010 to August 3, 2011.
